Grand Pacific Palisades Resort & Hotel

A perfect vacation for adults and children, Grand Pacific Palisades Resort & Hotel is located adjacent to LEGOLAND California, a 128 acre family theme park where children can design, create and play with thirty million Lego bricks! Take advantage of a free shuttle from the resort to the park.

Overlooking Carlsbad's magnificent Flower Fields, which are open and in full bloom in Spring, the Grand Pacific Palisades Resort is less than a mile from some of Southern California's most beautiful beaches. Guests can travel easily to any of San Diego's world famous attractions, golf courses, tennis facilities and shopping centers.

The resort offers luxurious rooms, an Olympic size swimming pool, on-site dining, spacious conference rooms, a fully equipped fitness center, and an activity program with events seven days a week.

Please note that LEGOLAND is open 7 days a week during the months of June, July and August. All other months have varied days/hours of operation, so please verify that the park is open when you are planning your trip.

Hotel Reservation Policies

For hotel rooms, check in is at 3:00pm, and check out is at 12:00pm. For suites, check in is at 5:00pm, and check out is at 10:00am. A late checkout fee of $100.00 or more will be assessed if unit is not vacated by proper checkout time.

The hotel charges a $1.00 per night city assessment fee. This fee is not included in your reservation total, and will be charged upon check-out from the hotel.

Karl Strauss Brewery & Grill One of the most popular restaurants in Carlsbad is right on the premises of Grand Pacific Palisades: Karl Strauss Brewery Restaurant. The restaurant serves great American food, and has become famous for it's Karl Strauss beers, which are brewed on-site. Palisades guests can order room service from the restaurant.

Recreational Amenities Grand Pacific Palisades offers a wide array of recreational amenities such as an Olympic-sized pool, three spas, a children's interactive water park and family pool, a fully-equipped fitness center and an activity center and game room for the kids. Grand Pacific Palisades Resort is located close to the beach and directly across the street from Legoland California. San Diego's many major attractions are within an easy drive.
